On our 1st service and tire rotation on our company’s new 26 Dodge ProMaster van after we left the dealership the check tire light came on the technician that rotated the tires had put 80 psi in the front and 65 psi in the rear we called the service dept and notified them of the mistake but because we were ten miles away we took the van home and fixed it ourselves.

DEC. 3, 2025 I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee with 203,000 miles. It is my only vehicle and keeping it running and in good condition is a priority. When I purchased the car, I purchased the "Life Time" Jeep Warranty. Predominantly because I thought of all the electronics. It turns out I have used the insurance on the "working parts" of the motor. But Earnhardt Jeep (Gilbert AZ) has been great to work with. I called the dealer where I bought my Ram and they were taking appointments but said it would be 2 weeks after that before they could even diag my truck. I had a DEF Service Required, See Dealer message. It went away before I got there but they said come in anyway, the code would be stored. This was my first purchase with the Earnhardt dealership, and what an awesome experience. Jullian Fishmand was great. Transparent on everything about my purchase and costs. No hard pressure upselling. Always returned my texts. The F&I guy, Bilal Tarin was also great, and I was able to get an extended service contract for a very reasonable price. The sales person lied to me about ALL Jeeps having Gorilla glass. I did not find out until my windshield broke and the service person told me it was not gorilla glass. I went to complain in sales and they told me that they had fired the liar, for lying to other customers, but I am stuck with a problem caused by that representative. They fixed the problem for them, by firing the sales rep, but they have no intention of fixing the problem for me, caused by THEIR representative.
Ethan went above and beyond with his quick responses and outstanding support. He patiently answered every question we had while treating us with genuine kindness and respect. This was our first time at this dealership, and thanks to Ethan, we'll definitely be back to work with him and the team again.

I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment time and check in was a little slow. But once Doug Miller got the paperwork, we were off and running. I expected about an hour and a half service time and was pleasantly surprised to be on my way in less than an hour. Doug kept me updated and made sure all my questions were answered.
Sean was very friendly, honest and professional. It was a pleasure working with him throughout the car purchasing process.

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in February 2024 — a \$47K purchase. I even recommended someone who made a \$55K purchase here in May 2024. Since then, I’ve been commuting nearly an hour each way to this location for all my services, keeping everything “in-house.”
For my third service appointment (oil change, tire rotation, and new filters — totaling over \$200), I arrived at 8 AM as scheduled. I was informed their system was down due to no internet, but I was told it should be back within an hour.

We recently leased a Jeep Wagoneer from ECJDR. The initial experience was promising—our salesperson, Brandon, was courteous and low-pressure, and we felt we got a fair deal on the vehicle. Unfortunately, the positives end there.
According to Jeep’s own website, every Wagoneer is supposed to come with a 110V trickle charger. When I pointed this out to Brandon, it didn’t make a difference—we were not provided one.
